Therapy for you, however you’re wired.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a performer and storyteller. Creativity was where I felt most like myself—and, looking back, one of the ways I learned to cope with an undiagnosed ADHD brain and process life with an Autistic sibling. My practice now centers around supporting those who identify as ADHD, AuDHD, Autistic, PDA-profiled, and more. You may be just starting to explore possible neurodivergence, recovering from the burnout of years spent shape-shifting to fit into a neurotypical world, or unpacking the depression, anxiety, and grief that may be intertwined with your neurodivergent experience.
I offer affirming psychotherapy for adults and couples, tailoring our work to your needs, goals, strengths, and unique brain's hardwiring. Therapy may include psychoeducation about neurobiology, trauma processing, and practical skills-building while focusing on understanding and working with your hardwiring rather than correcting or "fixing" who you are.
Let's create a space where you can show up as your whole self—curious, complicated, messy, creative, and human. Reach out to schedule a consultation!
